    Because each piece is made to order, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or cancellations once your order has been placed.

    If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Joe.twentyone@gmail.com

    We’ll gladly replace or resend your order at no additional cost after verifying the issue.

    Please note that due to differences between digital screens and physical printing, slight color variations may occur — this is a natural characteristic of handcrafted and printed artworks, and not considered a product defect.
